What delivery options do I have?
You can choose between Standard and Express Delivery:

Standard Delivery
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Express Delivery
We also offer express delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.


Arianna Gallina uses DHL Carbon Neutral Shipping on all orders.

United Kingdom - £10 shipped next day and delivered within 1-2 days

Rest of the world - £18 shipped next day and delivered within 2-3 days

Please note during busy periods like Christmas that it may take a few extra days for your package to arrive due to high demand.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please before returning an item contact us at

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.


To return your product, you should mail your product to ARIANNA GALLINA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.




You have 7 days to notify us that you wish to return the items and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. If the jeans do not reach us within this time, we reserve the right not to refund the money. We do not offer free return shipping. Please return in the same condition that it was shipped to you. You can reuse the packaging that was used to send the item to you, by turning the bag inside out. If the garment is returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we cannot refund your money. Please allow 7 days for the returns to be processed and your credit card or PayPal account to be credited.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to ARIANNA GALLINA.
